I previously wrote about the number one "no-no" when buying residential property - that being, don't call the Agent that listed the property.
The second biggest "no-no" when buying anything that has to do with any real estate is the failure to obtain a Written and Signed Fiduciary (Agency) Agreement indicating the degree and depth of Representation you will be contracting for. You probably will not be legally protected for any violation of Fiduciary Responsibilities and Duties without it
